Zadi, for more than 50 years, designs and manufactures electromechanical components for automotive, agricultural and industrial sectors, developing projects in co-design for the most prestigious manufacturers in the world of motorcycles, recreational vehicles, minicar and tractors.
OUR PRODUCTS
The wide range of components including mechanical lock kits, analogical and digital tools and dashboards, lamps and bike lights, among which the advanced systems “keyless hands-free” and “full LED” bike lights. The fields of application ranging from motorcycle to vehicles for leisure, gardening and industry.

ZADI’S HISTORY
January 1962
1962 THE FOUNDATION OF ZADI
The foundation of the acronym ZADI comes from the names of the founders, Antonio Zavatti and Enrico Diacci, two employees of Magneti Marelli that, after having left the company, undertook their own designs and manufacture of molds for Magneti Marelli.
January 1970
1970 NATIONAL FIELD LEADERSHIP
The company began production of locks and in 1968 became a supplier of Piaggio, a springboard that will bring ZADI, within a few years, to be a national leader in the field of locks for motorcycles.
January 1977
1977 THE BORN OF CSI
With the aim of having an higher quality, especially as regards the assembly phase, ZADI constitutes CSI Srl, a small, but highly qualified company, dedicated to the design and construction of industrial automation.
OUR SERVICES
During the years, Zadi has consolidated its know-how combining process knowledge and investments in technology in order to enhance company performances.
Zadi has a mechanical workshop to support its production departments.
Zadi has direct control of the research and development, industrialization, assembling, die-casting, plastic moulding and metallization process, thanks to the collaboration with Cevlab.

Zadi to take center stage at EICMA 2024
From November 7th to 10th, at Milan-Rho Fiera, the ZADI Group will be one of the key participants at EICMA, the International Motorcycle and Accessories Exhibition, which has been held since 1914.
ZADI at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf: innovation and sustainability serving outdoor tourism
Our Caravan division participated with great enthusiasm at the Caravan Salon 2024 in Düsseldorf, the world's most prestigious event for outdoor tourism vehicles and innovative technologies for caravans and motorhomes.
